Family Room/ Kitchen Before and After

So in the family room and kitchen you can see the floors were all ripped out and we laid new flooring. Then we also added the wood wall. That is actually a maple wood flooring that we put on the wall! Then we added the back splash to the kitchen. We did a large subway tile. Those are the major things we did so far. You can also see the amazing table that Adam build. We did a bench on one side and 3 acrylic chairs from ikea on the other side. We also changed out the light in the dining room and got a beautify chandler from West Elm. We could not find a rug big enough for the family room :( so we had to get a carpet that we liked and then had the edges themed so it would fit the room just how we wanted. We did just a floating entertainment center we also got from Ikea of course hahah

Hey everyone! We finally are getting photos up of all the work we have done so far in our home. We built this home, but the builder would not let us touch anything until after we closed. (By moved in i mean put all out stuff in the garage and put bed on the floor up stairs) The day after we moved in we ripped out the floors on the whole main floor we ripped out the pony wall going up stairs and we got to work. We put up a wall in the front room so it was not all open and are currently making that and office/ sitting room. I will post when i have that all done! The wall we added we did a shiplap and painted it white then Adam also build these beautiful barn doors. For the railing we ripped out the wall that is there and we did a knotty alder wood hand rails and then did steel cables. (Of course Adam did all that as well.)
